RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide response to customer in regards to queries, complaints, refunds or exchange related matters through various available communication channels provided ( ie. phone, email, and live chat). For complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits as well as to follow up to ensure resolution
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of all issues raised by customer
- To response to customer by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
- To assist the team on all new initiatives, such as loyalty cards, membership and/or special discount programs.
- To keep abreast with all types of company’s products and services.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma with at least 3 year(s) of working experience in customer service role -exposure from Retail Industry is will be advantage
- Vibrant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem solving skills.
- Must be able to work on rotational scheduling including weekends and Public Holidays.

BUILDING MANAGER — JAKEL DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD + -
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To lead the in-house maintenance team and oversee the operations, maintenance and upkeep of all properties of the Company
- To liaise with all stakeholders including customers, suppliers, service providers, etc in regards to any maintenance or rectication works.
- To perform periodical checks of the building equipment and machinery assets to ensure smooth operation of daily activities.
- To ensure routine maintenance upkeeps is conducted according to requirements for all mechanical hardware, equipment, and pneumatic systems.
- To manage and attend to all renovations/renovation works.
- To conduct risk assessment on processes and tasks within the department and facilities.
- To prepare the annual maintenance budget and department’s capital expenditure proposal.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 yrs experience in M&E services maintenance of shopping complex/retail complex as well as high rise building.
- Possess a relevant certificate of Chargeman BO/B4 (33KV) is an advantage.
- Meticulous, result oriented and highly organized.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Able to interact well with all levels of staff.

PROPERTY SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE — JAKEL DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD + -
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To promote and sell the Company newly build residential / properties within the time frame given and achieve the set sales target.
- Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Division to plan, promote and organize Sales for the Company new projects.
- To create public awareness on the project and entertain all potential customers (walk in customers, telephone enquiries, road show and etc).
- Assist/advise customer on matters related to the purchase of property e.g. Sales & Purchase Agreement, loan procedures and etc.
- Compile and update sales reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all show units and sales office are well-maintained and in tip-top condition at all times, including liaising with contractors for any rectification works when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with at least 2 year(s) of working experience with sales in property developer/real estate.
- Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Experience in the property development or promotion field is an added advantage.
- Good attitude and positive and accept all rejection from customers
- Self-motivation & self directed
- Able to meet customer and talk with customers

- Bertanggungjawab dan sentiasa bersedia untuk menghantar pengarah syarikat menghadiri urusan kerja (Ampang ke Kuala Lumpur) dan peribadi.
- Memastikan kenderaan sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih dan selesa.
- Berdisiplin, amanah dan bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan kerja.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan aplikasi peta jalan seperti Waze, Google Maps dsb dan mahir jalan di sekitar Selangor dan Kuala Lumpur.
- Sentiasa bersedia untuk melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain jika diarahkan oleh majikan.
- Sentiasa memandu secara berhemah dan mematuhi hadlaju yang ditetapkan.
KELAYAKAN
- Mempunyai lessen memandu B/B2 dan D yang sah.
- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Pemandu Peribadi kepada Pengarah Syarikat sekurang-kurangnya 5 tahun.
- Mempunyai kemahiran memandu yang baik dan rekod trafik yang baik.
- Terbuka kepada lelaki dan perempuan
- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri (motor atau kereta).
- Bersedia untuk berkerja pada hari Sabtu, Ahad & cuti umum.
- Sihat tubuh badan dan tiada masalah penglihatan.
- Boleh mula bekerja segera.
